PRACTICAL TIPS FOR YOU

            Eat Well: 

 

              You have to start eating well. It is very important that you eat well.  Food is a medicine. It is good medicine for your body.  Food will help you to recover lost energy.  Do not say I do not have appetite for food.  I do not feel like eating.  You see, you don’t eat because you feel like eating; you eat because you ought to eat.  That is the reason you eat. You must start eating.  Eat very well because it’s very important. 
              
               Do not say, I don’t have the appetite for food. When you were taking drugs, did you have the appetite for drugs?  No you didn’t.  But you took it because the doctors said you must take it.  You took that drug three times a day, five times a day, every eight hours, every four hours because the doctor said you should and because you wanted to get well real quick.  You took it regularly and religiously.  In the same way you must eat.  Food is good medicine.  Eat well.  If you have not been eating, you must start now.  Eat very well. 
             
               Don’t eat like a sick person, eat like a healed person. Like a well person.  Don’t eat like you are trying to force yourself to eat the food. No! Don’t say you can only eat two spoons. No! Eat everything that is set before you When the food is put before you, tell yourself   I am going to have a nice meal, I am going to eat my food, I am going to finish my food, and I am going to eat very well.  Then go ahead and eat the food.  Don’t say I don’t feel like eating.  You must understand that you live by the word of God and not by your feelings. You are eating well because you are healed. Eat like a healed person eat kike a well person, eat well.  Today make sure you eat your food and eat very well.
