WEEK 10 WHAT IS MEDITATION? To meditate means to take in the Word, then regurgitate like a ruminant animal. (A ruminant animal brings undigested or partially digested food up from the stomach to the mouth and chews it again in order to digest it properly). Meditation is more than thinking on the Word; you must ponder it, then say it quietly to yourself and finally shout it.
