            Eat Well: 

 

              You have to start eating well. It is very important that you eat well.  Food is a medicine. It is good medicine for your body.  Food will help you to recover lost energy.  Do not say I do not have appetite for food.  I do not feel like eating.  You see, you don’t eat because you feel like eating; you eat because you ought to eat.  That is the reason you eat. You must start eating.  Eat very well because it’s very important.
