PRACTICAL TIPS FOR STAYING HEALTHY

             Practice Good Hygiene:

              
     Practice good hygiene; learn to take care of yourself. Take good care of your appearance.  Don’t say well, who cares about me? I still feel the symptoms, why should I take care of myself when the symptoms seem to have returned?  You can’t talk like that, it doesn’t work.  Some people are sick because of their environment. They live in a dirty environment and there are some sicknesses that are associated with dirt.
